Sixteen Years of Practice, a 110-Year Lineage

Ayurvedic medicine, Panchakarma and classical yoga — practised across Rishikesh, Dehradun and Muzaffarnagar.

Dr. Arjun Raj has over 16 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic medicine since graduating in 2011, practising across the three Arogyadham centres at Rishikesh, Dehradun and Muzaffarnagar. He sits on the executive board of Arogyadham and serves as Director of Arogyadham Health Care.

He heads the administrative affairs of the Panchakarma Department at all three locations, overseeing the classical detoxification therapies — Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana — and managing the full programme from patient assessment and therapy selection through dietary guidance and post-treatment follow-up.

A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance, USA, he integrates classical yoga practice with Ayurvedic treatment protocols. He conducts spiritual retreats and yoga camps internationally, and offers Ayurvedic lifestyle consultation to patients worldwide through both online and in-person sessions. His clinical focus is on sexual disorders, chronic diseases, joint and musculoskeletal conditions, and stress-related health issues, treated through personalised Ayurvedic protocols.

He also serves as editor of Arogyadham Magazine, India's leading family health publication, covering Ayurveda, yoga, naturopathy and holistic wellness since 1992 — carrying forward a 110-year family lineage alongside his father Dr. Rakesh Agarwal and his brother Dr. Amrit Raj.
